The Flavorcraft industrial division provides bulk products for the restaurant and beverage industry. Our current production capacity is over 9,000 gallons per day. In January 2013, we will add another 6,000 gallon per day of capacity. This enables us to quicky provide our customers with the products they need. Our client base includes high volume customers such as Texas Roadhouse® , Smithfield Foods®, RMH®, as well as new additions Texas Abilene Foods®, Total Packaging®, and Wings Etc.® Flavorcraft is also very involved in state and federal government procurement and we have supplied many of the surrounding states.

This division also distributes products through the major food distribution companies including Sysco®, Brown Food Service®, Stanz Food Service®, and US Food Service®. With just in time production, and floor stock arrangements, we are able to cater to a variety of food and beverage businesses.

Standard pack sizes include 4/1 gallon containers, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums and 275 gallon totes. Flavorcraft also has the capability to pack product in pouches for institutional use. In January 2013, we will also have the capability to manufacture and supply product in tankers.

Over the past 20 years, we are proud to have developed more than 340 recipes for our customers, and have had great success in expanding successful brands such as The Biggest Loser®, Flavorcraft, Milano’s®, Texas Roadhouse®, Makers Mark®, Wild Turkey®, Blanton’s®, Woodford Reserve®, Costco® and Sam’s Brands®.
